For agreed appointments
Booking and payment.
Once we’ve agreed your appointment, I’ll send your confirmation and payment details.
Your session fee.
£60 per session, unless we have agreed a reduced fee. There is no charge for the 15-minute introductory call on Teams, or Zoom if you prefer.
When to pay.
Payment is due 24 hours before your session. If your appointment is sooner than that, please pay when we book.
Bank transfer.
Bank transfer
I will send you the account details and a payment reference after we have confirmed your appointment. Please use that reference only, without information about your therapy.
Making a payment does not itself book a session. Please wait until we have agreed the appointment and fee.
Pay by card or Apple Pay.
Apple Pay is available on supported devices when offered at checkout. The payment link shows the options available to you.
I will send you a secure card-payment link privately with your appointment confirmation. Please use the booking reference provided. Stripe processes your card details and emails your receipt.
If we have agreed a reduced fee, I will send the appropriate payment instructions directly.
